While the utmost care will be taken with items sent to us to use to make your custom bear, sometimes things happen. By placing this order, you agree that neither JDesign.Fun nor it's employees may be held responsible for the loss of clothing or personal items should the items be lost in shipping or after receipt or damaged or destroyed due to forces of nature or acts of God, etc. Please note all bears are handmade in the order received and timeframes vary between 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the workload.
