SHIPPING AND RETURNS

General Return/Refund Information 

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. Sometimes things happen; we get that.  If you would like to make a return for any reason, please email us at js@jdesigns.fun for a Return Authorization prior to returning the item.  With the exception of custom-made items, returns may be made within 30 days of date of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping charge) to be issued after we receive the item back. 

We recommend that you insure your package, so if any damages occur, you can submit a claim to your carrier. Items returned to us that are damaged during the return transit will not be refunded. Refunds will not be issued for returns received without a Return Authorization.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless arrangements have been made and approved by JDesigns.Fun prior to the return.  Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item utilizing the original payment method.

Custom & Special Orders

Custom or Special Orders may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded once design work has begun for any reason unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by JDesigns.Fun. A Custom or Special Order is defined as, but not limited to, "any item that is made with materials provided by the customer or made utilizing unique attributes specific to that customer’s personalized request". 

While we go to great lengths to protect any materials provided to us to make Memorial or custom products, JDesigns.Fun may not be held responsible for these items becoming lost (in transit or otherwise), damaged, stolen or destroyed.

Cancelled Orders

An order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped. For orders that have not been shipped, you must call or email us within 2 hours after placing the order at 800-814-9146, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Mountain Standard Time or email us at js@jdesigns.fun anytime.

Items Damaged during Shipping

If your items have been damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise so that we may contact the shipping carrier. JDesigns.Fun will file a claim with the carrier used for the shipment. Please retain all packing materials for inspection (i.e. inner and outer boxes), as well as packing materials and the damaged merchandise as is typically required by the shipping companies for Damage Claims.

Any verified damaged or lost items will be replaced when possible.  Custom items that were made using customer provided materials may be impossible to reproduce; in which case, a full refund will be provided less shipping charges.  We do not issue refunds for damaged or lost non-custom items.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions as needed and our website, www.jdesigns.fun will display the current terms.
